Cookie Usage Policy

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function correctly, remember your preferences, and improve the user experience.

2. Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies

These cookies are required for the website to work and cannot be disabled:

• Session cookies — maintain your authenticated session on the site
• CSRF token — protects against cross-site request forgery
• Language preference — remembers your chosen interface language (RU/EN/UZ)

Analytics Cookies

We use Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica to collect anonymised traffic statistics. These cookies help us understand how users interact with the site. You can disable them in your browser settings.

• utm_exdt — stores the campaign tags of your referral (source, campaign) for 30 days and passes them to the registration form, so the organiser can tell which source an application came from. It contains no personal data.

3. What We Do Not Use

We do not set advertising cookies and we do not share your behavioural data with advertising networks. The one exception is the utm_exdt tag described above: it records only the referral source and is used for registration statistics.

4. Managing Cookies

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

• View stored cookies
• Delete individual or all cookies
• Block cookies from all or specific sites

Please note: disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality, including the ability to log in.

5. Contact

For questions about cookie use, contact: info@forum.uz.

6. Effective Date

This policy takes effect on 1 January 2026.
