User Agreement

1. Parties

This User Agreement (hereinafter — the "Agreement") is entered into between SAYS (hereinafter — the "Organiser"), the organiser of the Tashkent Fintech International Forum (hereinafter — the "Forum"), and the individual who has registered for the Forum (hereinafter — the "Participant").

2. Subject Matter

The Organiser provides the Participant with access to Forum services, including registration, access to the programme, materials, and broadcasts. The Participant agrees to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Registration and Account

Forum participation requires registration on the website. Upon successful registration and payment (where applicable), the Participant receives an account and login credentials. The Participant must keep credentials confidential and must not share them with third parties.

4. Participant Categories and Fees

Participation fees are set by the Organiser and depend on the participant category. Current prices are published on the registration page. The Organiser reserves the right to change prices before an order is placed.

5. Payment

Payment is made by bank card via a payment gateway or by invoice (for legal entities). Bank card details are not stored on the Forum website. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment or manual payment confirmation by the Organiser.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• More than 60 days before the Forum — full refund
• 30 to 60 days before the Forum — 50% refund
• Less than 30 days before the Forum — no refund

7. Participant Obligations

The Participant agrees to:

• Observe the code of conduct at the Forum venue
• Refrain from unauthorised video or audio recording of presentations
• Not distribute Forum materials without the Organiser's written consent
• Provide accurate information during registration

8. Organiser's Rights

The Organiser reserves the right to:

• Modify the Forum schedule and programme content
• Postpone the event or change its format due to force majeure
• Refuse registration or revoke accreditation in case of Agreement breach

9. Intellectual Property

All Forum materials (presentations, recordings, logos, texts) are the property of the Organiser or their respective rights holders. Use of materials without the Organiser's written permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Organiser is not liable for indirect damages related to Forum participation, except as provided by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tashkent.

12. Effective Date

This Agreement takes effect on 1 January 2026.
