The business programme of FINOBOD. Tashkent International FinTech Forum 2026, which will take place on 12–14 November 2026 at CAEx Uzbekistan in Tashkent, has been published on the Forum’s official website.

The business programme on 12 and 13 November will feature plenary discussions, main and partner sessions, Public Talks and lectures. Events will run simultaneously across several thematic halls, bringing together representatives of the financial sector, technology companies, businesses, government institutions, the investment community and international experts.

The programme focuses on the key areas shaping the development of financial and technology markets and the digital transformation of the economy today: fintech, artificial intelligence and big data, banking and payment technologies, investment, cybersecurity, digital platforms, biometrics, the crypto industry, regulation and digital infrastructure development. Dedicated discussions will explore the use of technology and new financial instruments in industry, e-commerce, insurance, logistics, exports, EdTech, telecommunications and other sectors.

From Artificial Intelligence to a New Financial Architecture

The first day will open with the plenary session “Digital Uzbekistan: Central Asia’s Innovation Hub.” Throughout the day, participants will discuss digital economy regulation, the development of banking and payment platforms, cross-border payments, big data, the application of artificial intelligence, the crypto industry and digital platforms.

The programme will also feature sessions including “Next-Cycle Industry: Capital, Data and Technologies for Growth” and “Public-Private Partnership in the Development of Central Asia’s Digital Infrastructure,” as well as a discussion on national AI platforms and LLMs and other topics. The first day of the business programme will conclude with a plenary discussion on fintech trends and the development of the new global economy.

Investment, New Technologies and Business Transformation

On 13 November, the programme will continue with discussions on investment in innovation, artificial intelligence and autonomous agents in financial services, post-quantum cryptography, next-generation biometrics, fintech solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, the digitalisation of various industries and new banking business models.

Special attention will be paid to new financing models. The programme includes the session “Islamic Banking, BNPL and the Evolution of Lending Models for Individuals and SMEs,” as well as discussions on new financial products and changing customer needs.

FINOBOD connects the financial and technology agenda with the practical needs of the real economy — from raising capital and automation to data management, infrastructure development and the implementation of digital solutions.
